USAG National Congress 2024

Each year, coaches and staff from X-Cel Gymnastics attend the prestigious USA Gymnastics National Congress to stay up-to-date on training and development from the industry's top professionals.

This past weekend, some of our coaches and staff attended National Congress in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and our owner, Lindsey Stancil, had the incredible honor this year of being invited to present at Congress, sharing her own expertise with fellow professionals.

Our weekend was jam-packed with presentations and workshops covering coaching techniques, athlete health and wellness, business management, judging criteria updates, leadership, and SO MUCH MORE! These sessions have armed us with the information to take our gym and athletes to the next level!

Beyond Congress, our team soaked in the beautiful city of Minneapolis (converted into Gymnastics City, USA)! We attended Women’s Day 1 of the Olympic Trials at the Target Center, an absolute highlight of the trip!!! We also made time to visit the Como Zoo and Conservatory, the Mall of America, and several of Minneapolis’s finest restaurants that provided perfect opportunities to relax, bond, and reflect on what we had learned. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience!

As we return to X-Cel Gymnastics, we bring back a wealth of knowledge and renewed enthusiasm. We can’t wait to implement these learnings and continue our pursuit of X-Cellence!
