Return Policies
IN-STORE RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original tags still attached.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS: Certain items such as gift certificates, clearance items, grips, grip bags, doll leotards, athletic tape, and scrunchies are not eligible for return or exchange.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Any refunds will be credited back to the card used for the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, a credit will be applied to the family account. Cash refunds are not available.
ONLINE RETURNS
All purchases through our online store, Instant Imprints®, are made custom and non-refundable. Regrettably, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit for instant imprint orders.
